Cowles Ford parts department is above and beyond any other dealership parts department in customer service and dependability. The level of service given to any person who calls upon them is outstanding. I often have customers ask where to go to purchase their own parts (Ford factory) and I don’t have to worry about any kind of poor customer when I recommend Cowles Ford. I have a repair shop in the Fredericksburg area and devote my entire Ford purchasing to Cowles Ford for more than one reason, they can get parts to my shop quicker and by far cheaper than the local alternative!!!! The staff is very knowledgeable and if the dealership doesn’t have it they will get it!

I’ve been a customer at Cowles Ford service department for the last six years and since my first service I haven’t gone anywhere else. My truck receives grade `A treatment every time, Matt and his staff do the job right and for a fair price.
I always take my truck to Matt and his staff. They do a great job. They’re quick and efficient. Tire changes, oil changes and more. I’m happy with my truck every time and if I’m not, Matt makes sure to address my concerns.

I have been a loyal Cowles Ford customer since 1999 when the dealership was on Route 1 in Woodbridge-a stark contrast to the new modern Cowles Parkway Ford facility on Minnieville Road. I currently service 10 vehicles at Cowles-8 Ford and 2 not. Six of these vehicles are used in a commuter van service. I utilize their service facility because of their attentive Service Advisors, talented mechanics and their understanding that my commercial vehicles must be ready to roll on a daily basis. My riders depend on me and I depend on Cowles Parkway Ford to see that I don’t disappoint them. I know a large percentage of the employees on a first name basis and vice versa. I always get immediate response to my needs and professional service at a very reasonable price. Why would I put my vehicles in the hands of any other dealership?

I wanted to take a moment to pass on to you and your service department how satisfied I have been with you and your staff. I currently own five Fords of ten I have purchased from Cowles Ford; I purchased these vehicles at your dealership because of the service department and the treatment I receive when I bring my cars in for scheduled maintenance. No matter when or why I bring my cars, your staff has always been able to get them in and out while I wait in the lounge. I have never had to leave my car overnight, I have never been told that it is too busy, and I have never left not completely satisfied. I do all my business with you and your staff, everything from tires, inspections, brakes, and scheduled maintenance. In the years I have been dealing with Cowles, I never had a bad experience with service, and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. I would like to especially mention to you, Mike Lehnhardt, Richard Robertson and Tom (last name unknown) who is one of your mechanics. When I come in I feel like family, when a mechanic takes time to come out of the garage to say hello and to see how I have been doing, and your Service Advisors make a true effort to ensuring I get in and out so I can make it to work on time is commendable. The Service Advisors are always professional and polite; they take the time to explain needed repairs and price prior to any work starting. I cannot say enough about the great service I receive. I know I will continue to receive, as long as you are at the helm, continue providing the service you do to the Cowles Ford customers and I look forward to my next visit.

I have been a loyal customer of Cowles Parkway Ford since 2004 when I purchased a new Expedition. A year later, my husband and I purchased a new F150. Cowles Parkway Ford has serviced both vehicles from oil changes, new tires, recalls, and parts that have just quit. The service advisors are all friendly and take great care of their customers.
My Service Advisor is great to work with. He gets to the bottom of any problem or concern. He calls and tells us what they find. He offers suggestions about maintenance that is important to complete at that given time and what we can postpone a little longer. He takes my vehicle with very little notice. The prices are reasonable and the work is superb.
I am a teacher in the surrounding area. I recommend Cowles Parkway Ford to any teacher that is having concerns about their vehicle. I have three colleagues that have also become loyal customers to Cowles Parkway Ford.
